Duties include: Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities, Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies, Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and kitchen cleanliness standards, Lead menu planning and contribute to recipe development, Manage kitchen operations efficiently, and Assist with bartending duties as needed. Experience needed: Proven experience in a kitchen environment, Strong knowledge of food handling procedures, Excellent leadership and communication skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Previous experience in kitchen management is a plus.

  • Mountain Brook Club – Line Cook. Entry-level cook position. Will be working the Grill/App/Fry Station. This will be an assistant to the main Grill person. Ultimately this person will move into the main grill position, work with other stations as needed. This is a Full-Time position. Hiring manager is willing to work with someone who is in culinary school. It is a 2-10 p.m. position. Sunday is a 10-close as we do brunch and dinner buffet.
