How To Apply

Step 1: Complete the FAME application.

Step 2: Submit the following required documents.

Official high school transcript or GED and/or official college transcript(s)
Placement test scores (ACT, Accuplacer) taken within the last four years

Step 3: Complete Jefferson State’s Admission Application

Step 4: Set up myJSCC Student Portal (check email for Admission Letter)

Step 5: If you wish to apply for Financial Aid, complete the FAFSA Application
