JSCC invites all interested students to an interest meeting for the formation of the JSCC Freedom Group. The meeting will take place via Zoom on Wednesday, Nov. 2 at 3:30pm. The JSCC Freedom Group is a group of students dedicated to raising awareness of and finding ways to end modern-day slavery (aka human trafficking).  There are approximately 40 million slaves in the world today and included in this number are sex slaves and labor slaves living in America and in Alabama. We at JSCC are committed to finding ways to raise awareness of modern-day slavery and combatting it locally, nationally, and internationally.
