Students who face financial emergencies may apply for an emergency loan. Emergency loans can not exceed the cost of 6 credit hours and can be used to cover tuition and fees only. Students must meet the following requirements:
- Have a co-signer who is gainfully employed
- Maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA
- Must meet the standards of academic progress requirements
- Be able to repay the loan within 60 days
Emergency loans are not offered after the end of the drop/add period.
Transient students are not eligible for an emergency loan.
