Join Jefferson State Culinary Students on Wednesday, December 5 at the Shelby-Hoover Campus to hear presentations on how we can cook and eat healthier without sacrificing taste.
Students will present information on healthy eating habits and on how to modify recipes to reduce fat, sugar, and sodium while still providing great enjoyment in taste and satisfaction! Those in attendance can sample healthy foods prepared by these students.
The presentations will be held in the Health Sciences Building, Multipurpose Room (section D) from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Community is welcome to attend!
