2018-19 Jefferson State Leadership Academy Graduating Class
The academy is composed of volunteer and nominated employees of Jefferson State. Throughout the year, the group
collaborates on a project that reinforces the college’s goals and strategies. During that time, the Academy promotes
individual professional development and leadership skills while working as a group to develop practical and innovative
ideas.
