The Alabama Federation for Advanced Manufacturing Education (F.A.M.E.) Program partners students with industry while they take classes at select community colleges. The goal is for students to gain valuable employment experience with manufacturing leaders while also completing their associate degree.

The Federation for Advanced Manufacturing Education (FAME) provides global-best workforce development through strong technical training, integration of manufacturing core competencies, intensive professional practices and intentional hands-on experience to build the future of the modern manufacturing industry.

How To Apply

Step 1: Complete the FAME application.

Step 2: Complete Jefferson State’s Admission Application. Required documents.

Official high school transcript or GED and/or official college transcript(s)
Placement test scores (ACT, Accuplacer) taken within the last four years

Step 3: Set up myJSCC Student Portal (check email for Admission Letter)

Step 4: If you wish to apply for Financial Aid, complete the FAFSA Application
