Jefferson State’s men’s golf team won the Tom Flowe Memorial Golf Tournament hosted by Calhoun Community College at Burningtree Country Club Oct. 19-20.
Taking home individual hardware were Dillon West and Nathan Fernandez.
West posted the best individual score among all golfers for the second consecutive event.
Fernandez finished in third place overall and was named to the All-Tournament team.
Also competing were Andrew Friend, Ethan Deloney, Coach Mike Bracken, Trey Rouse and Bryant Rawnowska.
The team is coached by Mike Bracken.
The Jefferson State team led by 14 strokes after the first round of play, and finished the tournament with an 18-stroke lead over the runner-up, Wallace-Hanceville.
