Jefferson State will offer a new Principles of Nutrition class in the spring semester.
Principles of Nutrition (PED 224) will transfer to UAB and will substitute for UAB’s Nutrition and Health (NTR 222). The class will be taught as an internet course at both the Jefferson and Shelby-Hoover campuses.
