Before applying you need to know:
You can only submit one application, you cannot save and finish later.
A bonus point will be awarded if you attend one of the Are You Ready for Nursing School? sessions hosted before each application deadline. For more information, Click here.
For bonus point, you must upload a copy of Proof of Attendance certificate with your nursing application.
Please check you have completed all of the following requirements:
Is you ACT score on file in admissions? To verify your ACT scores are on file in the admissions office, watch this YouTube video for instructions

Are your transcripts on file from ALL colleges attended? For your nursing application to be complete, transcripts from ALL colleges must be on file in admissions.
All transcripts must be final. Note: ‘In Progress’ transcripts are not final transcripts. Email:[email protected] if you have any questions.
Is your high school transcript on file? HS transcript required only if you have not completed Bachelor’s level education (or higher) or if it contains your ACT score. ACT scores will not be accepted from college transcripts.

Important: When emailing any of the above, please include your student number (A#) and D.O.B. in all correspondences. Due to the volume of applications, we cannot check for incomplete applications or missing documents prior to deadline. Upon completion of the application process, all applicants will be notified of status through Jeff State email only.
