Samford University STEM Scholars program is currently accepting applications from individuals who have completed at least two years at a community college. Veterans, individuals with disabilities, minorities, 1st generation college students, and other underrepresented groups are strongly encouraged to apply. If selected students could receive $20,000 or more in scholarships to complete their bachelors in a STEM field at Samford. STEM Scholars have access to a faculty mentor, paid internships, research opportunities, and many free student services. Unfortunately, this opportunity is not for individuals looking to attend medical school.
Additional information, deadlines and the application can be found at samford.edu/go/stem and on Facebook at facebook.com/samfordstem
